Women - this is the place to take your car! As a women going in for car service or repairs, I've been to my fair share of businesses where the men either speak down to me or are clearly frustrated when I ask them to explain the issue with my car and how they are going to fix it (as if asking for an explanation of what I'm paying $300 for is unreasonable?!) or when they try to push me into buying things that my car does not need. I have never had that experience at Turning Wrenches. In fact, I have had the exact opposite experience. My husband and I have been loyal customers for several years. At Turning Wrenches they clearly take pride in doing a job well done. Steve will take time to answer my questions with professionalism and never speaks any different to me than the male customers. They provide recommendations of what issues should be taken care of now and what could be put off, so as to be considerate of your finances, allowing you to be aware of more substantial car service needs that are coming down the road. I have never had a product pushed on me and truly trust the advice I've received, as I've never been led astray. My husband and I both absolutely love this shop and wouldn't take our cars any place else.

These guys are great! Any time my car has a problem, I instantly take it here. Quotes are timely, and reasonable. They even include a safety check, but are never pushy about tacking on extra services. I feel like their goal is to ensure that you are informed about the condition of your vehicle so that you can make whatever choices make sense for you and your budget. Can't recommend them enough!

My appointment was made quickly and they were on time to receive my car. Friendly and courteous. The interior of my car was protected with cover. Repair was completed and I was notified when my car was ready at the price quoted. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I drove from Georgetown to Louisville to have them replace my drive belts.

The best customer service! I ran out of gas on the side of the road nearby and figured I would ask if I can use a gas tank, but they went out of their way to not only provide me of a tank but also come with me to fill my car up. Needless to say it was a rough start to the morning, but was quickly turned around with such a charismatic, genuine and hardworking shop! Highly recommend!

I come here because I can trust that I am always getting the right information and honest opinion. If something doesn't need to be fixed asap, they are 100% honest with me. If something turns out to be expensive, they call and make sure I'm ok with them doing it. It gives me peace of mind when I drop my car off. Incredibly nice staff as well. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate that they go through the list of work that is needed and let you know what each item is- and they stick to the price they tell you. I love that I can trust them.
