In from out of town and needed my ML320 worked on. From the start everyone was great. They diagnosed the issue (rear wheel bearing), gave me my options in under 15 minutes. They all had other stuff going on but took the time away to get me an answer quickly. Honest and open with the process the whole time and articulated everything. So impressed from start to finish. Fair price and parts were at or cheaper than I found looking around the internet. Also, definitely not just a benz place, while that seemed like a majority of the repairs being done they were working on everything. If I didn't live 500 miles away this would be my shop. Thanks guys!
