My vehicle is nearly 13 years old. It has always been well maintained. A few weeks back the vehicle experienced serious transmission failure. I was torn between repairs and buying a new vehicle. The whole staff at Turning Wrenches worked with me to make sure I was making the best decision for me. The guys reached out to transmission specialists for information and brought that info back to me in a clear and concise way. The combination of the vintage of the vehicle and transmission part failure made it difficult to pinpoint the required repair due to lack of parts. The guys kept after it and they did it by keeping my costs very fair while I test drove replacement vehicles. I had numerous talks with Turning Wrenches and decided to keep my vehicle and have them make the repairs when the parts were located. This was not an inexpensive repair, but I feel it was best for me and it was a good value to the vehicle repaired. I'm beyond satisfied with Turning Wrenches. The guys had my best interest at heart. Honestly, that's all can ask far as a consumer. As I've stated in other reviews/posts; they do outstanding work at fair prices. Many thanks to the whole group of guys there.

These people know imports....:) They are honest and fast, i have nothing but praise for their work. Plus they are much cheaper than dealers charge. Their work is top notch. Friendly staff, just a great experience. They keep my car running without breaking the bank.

As a woman, and as a person who doesn't know much about cars, I very much appreciate the respectful, honest, transparent conversations we have about what is going on with my vehicle, what is a high priority and what isn't. In every interaction, they take time and patience to explain what is happening, why it is happening, and why it is important. I've worked with many mechanics over the years, this is hands-down the best experience I've had. I started using Turning Wrenches after I was walking one day and while passing the shop with my infant, the front stroller tire went flat. The gentlemen paused in their work and came out to help me with the tire and got it repaired as a courtesy. I've been a loyal customer ever since. I live nearby and often see them working many hours past closing time to complete a job. I very much appreciate the respect, the kind attitudes, and the strong communication --- of course, in addition to the great work on my car! They keep it in great shape.
