Turning Wrenches has phenomenal quality of work and customer service. My 2008 BMW X3 had the service light come on accompanied by a significant vibration halfway thru the 8hour drive from Indianapolis to Atlanta. Went to Turning Wrenches based on excellent reviews and I clearly found out why. The front desk was very accommodating to the fact we were mid trip and took a look at the car ASAP. They quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know it how long it would take to fix plus suggested a nearby restaurant to eat at which turned out to be excellent. Less than an hour later we were back on the road with a smooth running car. Turning Wrenches also left bottles of water and a bag of chocolate chip cookies as a parting gift. Overall it was the best customer service I've ever received at an Auto Shop. They have My HIGHEST recommendation.
