Not only did Levi come in under budget but he was definitely a hero today. After leaving the shop with my 18 year old son driving his right rear tire blew out while driving on Interstate 71! I called Levi to see if he had noticed anything wrong with the tires and he said they were fine and shouldn't be a problem. I called husband to get safety patrol out and the next thing I see is Levi pulling up ready to put the spare on. Not only did he put the spare on he followed us to a station to put additional air in it. Thank you so much Levi for all your help today and for showing my son what it means to put other people first even if it means going out of your way to help.

in the unlikely event of a car issue, it is never good. Especially if the car issue is an emergent one. I have total respect for Turning Wrenches. My wife encountered a troubling and emergent issue with her transmission. She drove immediately to Turning Wrenches. What could have been a disastrous event, turned into a non disaster. She also told them of another issue that had arisen in which she had been given a prior estimate from another place. They gave her an estimate and a timeframe for the repairs. They fixed both issues for less than the prior estimate for the one issue!! I have talked to these folks a few times prior, consulting on my former vehicle that was wearing down. Each time I spoke with them, I found them extremely knowledgeable and professional. They never talked over my head and made me feel inferior. Again, with these new issues with my wife's car, I am again thoroughly convinced that Turning Wrenches is THE place to take my car issues to in the Ville. When we picked her car up, there was a cold bottle of water and a bag on cookies in the front seat. Thank you Turning Wrenches!!! I pray that no one has car issues. However, if we do, my only call will be to Turning Wrenches.

We all detest car problems but when they arise it is so reassuring to have honest and reliable people you can count on to fix the issue quickly and for a fair price. I had a problem arise which required immediate attention and even though I did not have an advance appointment Levi worked the car in quickly and had a diagnosis right away. I was able to chill in their spotless waiting room which was fully stocked with coffee and water. I was given an estimate and timetable for the repair. My car was ready when promised and when I got in my car there was a chilled bottle of water and a bag of cookies. This is customer service at it's finest. Their attention to detail and courtesy is top notch. While there I had them repair an item that I had a previous quote from an auto dealership. They fixed that issue and saved me a substantial amount of money. I could not be happier and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs auto repair, especially Mercedes Benz repair. I will not go anywhere else as long as this shop is in business.

These mechanics are competent, honest, solid and very thoughtful as well.

I went in for some damage to my car from a rock which fell off a dump truck. I tried to work with my insurance and they were not helpful and wanted to put used parts into my car, but the mechanics here helped get me a price under my deductible so I didn't even need insurance. I would recommend them to anyone!!! They did great work for a good price and helped me so much.
