This was my first visit and I was impressed with the customer service I received. I had a scheduling issue and they worked with me to get the service completed in a timely manner. I also received a follow-up phone call to ensure I was satisfied with the service and had no questions. They seem committed to providing excellent service, customer satisfaction, and establishing a personal relationship with their customers. Based on this, I’m finished with the Mercedes Dealership, and will be bringing my car here for service.
