I had a great experience with Turning Wrenches. They performed an oil change on my car and they identified a defective tire on their inspection. I worked with Stephen on an issue with a wheel lock on the bad tire and he went out of his way to help me. Thanks to him I did not have to travel to the Cincinnati dealer. I highly recommended this company and I will definitely return for any additional service I need.

Excellent service! Stephen was super nice and very informative about the issues going on with my vehicle. He was very upfront about all of the costs and services required to fix my Mini Cooper issue and very detailed about any follow ups or future work that would need to be done. The mechanic report was very thorough and included pictures to support their findings and I felt they took the appropriate steps to look over my car, they even had it done sooner than anticipated! I've taken my BMW there a few times and always leave appreciating their great customer service. They explain their recommendations and why, don't get offended when you accept some and not others, and have great turn around times. Their 24/7 drop box is great as well. If you have a European car, treat it with care and take it here...you won't be disappointed. I won't go anywhere else!
